Commends the Forest High School Bearcats Boys Soccer Team for winning the school's first Mississippi High School Activities Association North State Championship on February 4, 2014.

Team finished the 2013-2014 season with a 14-6 record, scoring 76 goals with 49 assists while allowing 30 goals.

Bearcats went 4-0 in district play, outscored district opponents 26-0, recorded 7 shutouts, and won their fourth consecutive district title.

Achieved multiple firsts including defeating 5A and 6A schools for the first time in school history, and player Aaron Gutierrez became the first Forest High athlete named as a North All Star, scoring the school's first goal in an All Star Game.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Head Coach Trey Butts, Principal Kim Shoemaker, Forest Municipal School District, and the Capitol Press Corps.
