Commends Colonel George Robert Hall, an Air Force officer and Vietnam War POW who passed away on February 16, 2014, at age 83.

Recognizes Hall's military service, including his assignment to the 15th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron where he flew reconnaissance missions over enemy territory in Okinawa and Thailand.

Honors Hall's seven-and-a-half-year imprisonment by North Vietnam after his RF-101 Voodoo aircraft was shot down near Hanoi in 1966; he was released on February 12, 1973, and later retired as a colonel.

Acknowledges Hall's post-military contributions to the Hattiesburg community, including raising funds for the Veterans' Memorial Park and supporting the Mississippi Armed Forces Museum at Camp Shelby.

Extends sympathy to Hall's surviving family members: his wife Patsy Hall, three children (Robert, Laura Diane, and Steven Douglas), and other relatives and friends.
