Commends country music artist Shawn Randolph "Randy" Houser, a native of Lake, Mississippi, for his achievements as a singer and songwriter.

Recognizes Houser's musical career milestones including co-writing "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," his debut album "Anything Goes," and his third album "How Country Feels" which produced two Number One Country Airplay hits.

Notes Houser's early musical talent, including fronting his own band by age 13 and forming the band "10 lb. Biscuit" while attending East Central Community College.

Acknowledges Houser's personal milestones including his marriage to Jessa Lee Yantz on September 2, 2011, and the birth of his son West Yantz Houser on March 6, 2012.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Houser and to members of the Capitol Press Corps.
