Recognizes Rollan's career achievements including his 2010 National Retail Federation Officer of the Year Award for solving a series of Winn Dixie robberies resulting in nearly $78,000 in recovered losses across the Birmingham metropolitan area.

Highlights Rollan's extensive qualifications and accomplishments including promotion to detective sergeant in 2011, completion of advanced interrogation training, role as second in command of Helena's Police Explorer Program, and numerous commendations for local, state, and federal cases.
