Commends Sayveon Bumpers and Amiyanique Watts of Quitman Upper Elementary School for winning the Mississippi State Seal Contest by designing artistic versions of the Mississippi State Seal.

Recognizes that the winning students used materials native to Mississippi in their seal designs as part of the contest sponsored annually by the Mississippi Arts Commission.

Notes that Judge Tobey Bartee is displaying the winning artworks in his courtroom at the Clarke County Courthouse.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Quitman Upper Elementary School, the two students, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
