Commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War and honors those who served in the American Armed Forces during the conflict.

Recognizes that approximately 227,335 Mississippians served in Vietnam with 636 killed, and notes that about 71,364 Vietnam-Era veterans currently live in Mississippi.

Acknowledges the service of specific Mississippi House members and representatives who served in Vietnam, including Captain Mac Huddleston, Specialist 5 Manly Barton, and others.

References major events including the Tet Offensive of January 31, 1968, Operation Homecoming which returned nearly 600 American prisoners of war, and the federal 13-year Commemoration program running from Memorial Day 2012 through November 11, 2025.

Directs that the resolution be furnished to the Mississippi Department of Veterans' Affairs and to veterans and media listed in the resolution.
