Recognizes her more than 40 years of service as an educator and secretary in the Vicksburg Warren County School System since the late 1970s

Honors her community service including organizing Vacation Bible School and transporting children to class in her van, known as the "BB Bus"

Acknowledges her continued dedication to teaching Thursday Bible Study and serving her church despite losing her ability to speak, using an iPad and pencil to communicate

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Mrs. Chiles and the Capitol Press Corps
