Commends the life and legacy of Mr. Quenton Armond "Dick" Miller, Jr., who passed away on July 15, 2013, at age 85.

Honors Mr. Miller's military service in World War II and the Korean War aboard multiple naval vessels, and his receipt of numerous campaign ribbons and awards including the WWII Victory Ribbon and Korean Service Medal.

Recognizes Mr. Miller's 37-year career with Mississippi Power and Light (1952-1989) as a chief plant operator and his active membership in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Acknowledges his faithful involvement in civic and religious organizations including Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4800, where he served as post commander.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Mr. Miller's family and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
