Extends the deadline for meeting requirements to issue distinctive motor vehicle license tags for Boys and Girls Clubs supporters from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2017

Allows Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags for $30 annually (in addition to regular registration fees) to show support for Boys and Girls Clubs

Distributes the $30 fee as follows: $24 to Mississippi Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs, $2 to State Highway Fund, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2

Tax collectors retain $2 from each fee for the county general fund and receive 5% of replacement tag fees ($10 replacement cost)

Tags are issued by county tax collectors on forms prescribed by the Department of Revenue and must comply with requirements in Section 27-19-44(3) by the extended deadline
