Allows electric power associations created or operating under Mississippi Code Section 77-5-215 to amend their certificates or articles of incorporation with new procedures.

Requires board of directors approval by at least two-thirds affirmative vote before proposing any amendment to the certificate or articles of incorporation.

Mandates ratification of board-approved amendments by sixty percent of the corporation's members voting at either an annual meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose.

Requires written notice to members at least thirty days before any meeting where members will vote on an amendment, including the date, time, location, and description of the proposed amendment.

Amendment becomes effective upon filing the certificate of amendment with the Secretary of State and receiving a file stamp, with the president and secretary executing the amendment certificate under oath.
