Expands the Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Death Benefits Trust Fund to include emergency management agency personnel, with a $100,000 payment to beneficiaries when such personnel are killed or fatally injured in the line of duty.

Increases death benefit payments for law enforcement officers and firefighters from $65,000 to $100,000.

Expands the Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Disability Benefits Trust Fund to cover emergency management agency personnel, providing monthly disability payments equal to 34% of base salary for up to 12 months when injured in the line of duty.

Adds constables to the definition of law enforcement officers eligible for disability benefits.

Redirects one-third of excess funds from the Uninsured Motorist Identification Fund to the Death Benefits Trust Fund, with the other two-thirds split between the Motor Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund and the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund.
