Restructures indecent exposure penalties under Mississippi Code Section 97-29-31 into two categories: general indecent exposure and exposure involving sex offender registration or exposure to children under 16.

General indecent exposure penalties: first offense misdemeanor punished by up to $500 fine or 6 months imprisonment; second offense misdemeanor punished by up to $1,000 fine or 1 year imprisonment; third or subsequent offense felony punished by up to $5,000 fine or 5 years imprisonment.

Indecent exposure to children under 16 or by registered sex offenders: first offense misdemeanor punished by up to $1,000 fine or 1 year imprisonment; second or subsequent offense felony punished by up to $5,000 fine or 5 years imprisonment.

Exempts breastfeeding from indecent exposure violations.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
