Exempts health care sharing ministries from regulation under Mississippi's insurance code (Title 83).

Defines "health care sharing ministry" as a faith-based, nonprofit organization tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code that facilitates voluntary financial or medical assistance among participants of similar faith.

Requires health care sharing ministries to provide no assumption of risk or promise to pay by either participants or the organization itself.

Mandates monthly written statements to participants showing total qualified needs submitted and amounts assigned for contribution, plus written disclaimers stating the organization is not an insurance company and participation is entirely voluntary.

Effective July 1, 2014.
