Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of Beauvoir, the last home of Jefferson Davis and Presidential Library.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, payable annually at registration renewal, with $2.00 retained by county tax collectors for county general funds.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Board of Trustees of Beauvoir, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires surrender of regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and allows issuance of up to two license decals per distinctive tag expiring concurrently with the vehicle registration year.

Establishes replacement fee of $10.00 for lost or stolen distinctive tags, with 5% retained by tax collector and remainder distributed according to standard fee distribution formula.
