Amends Section 49-7-41 of the Mississippi Code to allow hunters 75 years of age or older to take all three of their antlered deer bag limit as any antlered deer, rather than being subject to antler point restrictions.

Maintains the existing bag limit of one antlered deer per day, not exceeding three per license year for all hunters.

Aligns with existing provisions for hunters under 16 years of age, who are already permitted to take one of their three antlered deer as any antlered deer.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
