Imposes $243.50 total state assessment for Implied Consent Law (DUI) violations, distributed across 25 different funds including Crime Victims' Compensation, Emergency Medical Services, and the Mississippi Crime Laboratory

Establishes additional assessments for speeding violations ranging from $10 to $30 depending on how much the speed exceeds the limit, plus $10 for reckless or careless driving, deposited into the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund

Sets state assessments at $106.75 for other misdemeanors and $280.50 for other felonies, with funds distributed to various criminal justice, victim services, and law enforcement programs
