Mississippi Board of Mental Health authorized to sell approximately 1.0 acre of state-owned real property located at Central Mississippi Residential Center in Newton County to Clarke College Alumni Association for use as alumni house.

Property must be sold for not less than fair market value as determined by average of at least two independent appraisals, one selected by Department of Finance and Administration.

All proceeds from property sale shall be deposited into special fund for Mississippi Department of Mental Health use, with unexpended amounts and interest retained in the fund rather than lapsing to State General Fund.

Property includes reversion clause requiring return to Board of Mental Health if property falls into disrepair, is not properly maintained, or ceases to be used by the alumni association for extended period.

Basketball court within Davey L. Whitney Complex at Alcorn State University named Shirley A. Walker Basketball Court, with distinctive plaque detailing Mrs. Walker's background and service to be placed in prominent location.
