Extends the automatic repealer date for Section 41-61-75 from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2017, maintaining the statute prescribing medical examiner and pathologist fees.

Medical examiners receive $125 per completed death investigation report plus actual expenses, with an additional $50 (or $100 with advanced child death training certificate) for SIDS death scene investigation reports.

Pathologists receive $1,000 per completed autopsy plus mileage expenses and reimbursement for third-party testing costs up to $100 per autopsy.

Medical examiners, physicians, and pathologists subpoenaed for grand jury, trial, or deposition testimony receive expert witness hourly fees set by the court plus mileage expenses, paid by the jurisdiction or party issuing the subpoena.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
