Requires hospitals to offer influenza vaccinations to all inpatients age 65 and older prior to discharge from October 1 through March 1 each year, following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations.

Vaccination requirement is contingent upon vaccine availability and does not apply if the vaccination is medically contraindicated.

Provides civil liability immunity to hospitals and their employees for compliance or non-compliance with vaccination requirements, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct or gross negligence.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-9-1 to include the new vaccination requirement within the hospital standards and regulations chapter.
