Authorizes Mississippi residents to obtain a distinctive motor vehicle license tag identifying them as supporters of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each fee and deposit it to the county general fund; remaining fees are remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

From each $30.00 fee collected, $24.00 goes to the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive plates cost $10.00, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the same allocation formula.

Effective July 1, 2014.
