Authorizes Mississippi motor vehicle owners to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Hispaniola Mountain Ministries upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Hispaniola Mountain Ministries, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 of each additional fee for deposit into the county general fund, with the remainder remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the county tax collector and the remainder distributed following the same allocation formula as original tags.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
