Revises requirements for airport authorities selling personal property through internet web services by specifying the information that must be published in public newspapers for three consecutive weeks.

Requires newspaper notices to include the authority's intention to sell via internet, the website location where property will be listed, and the listing and closing dates of the internet sale.

Allows airport authorities to relist and resell personal property on the same internet web service without public notice if an internet sale is not concluded for any reason.

Applies to sales conducted for cash or irrevocable electronic transfer of funds to the highest bidder, with all internet sales required to comply with federal law.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
