Increases the fee for post-judgment proceedings (motions to renew judgment, writs of garnishment, writs of execution, and judgment debtor actions) from $35.00 to $50.00.

Increases the marriage license fee from $35.00 to $60.00, with $20.00 deposited to the Victims of Domestic Violence Fund and $10.00 to the county general fund.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
