Prohibits the transportation and relocation of live wild hogs, feral hogs, wild swine, or Russian Boars within Mississippi.

Prohibits catching or trapping wild hogs and releasing them at a different location than where they were originally caught or trapped.

Prohibits importing into the state or releasing into the wild any live feral hog, wild swine, or Russian Boar.

Establishes violations of these prohibitions as Class I violations punishable under Section 49-7-141.

Requires hunters to wear at least 500 square inches of solid fluorescent orange when hunting wild hogs during open gun seasons on deer.
