Increases maximum annual salaries for circuit and chancery court reporters paid by the Administrative Office of Courts, with the base salary rising from $40,500 to $50,000 for reporters with four years' experience or less

Restructures experience tiers: reporters with 4-8 years receive up to $52,500; 8-12 years receive up to $55,000; 12-16 years receive up to $57,500; and 16+ years receive up to $60,000 (increased from $46,000 for 10+ years)

Reduces the initial experience threshold from five years to four years and adjusts higher experience brackets accordingly

Counties continue to fund court reporter salaries proportionally based on the number of weeks court is held in each county within a judicial district
