Authorizes municipal courts to charge a $50.00 filing fee for petitions to expunge municipal court records.

Corrects a cross-reference in Section 99-19-72 regarding the $150.00 filing fee for expunging offenses under Section 99-19-71(2), with distributions to the Judicial System Operation Fund ($100.00), District Attorneys Operation Fund ($40.00), and circuit clerk administration ($10.00).

Makes technical corrections to Section 21-23-7 including grammatical updates (singular "authority" instead of "authorities," "municipal judge" instead of pronouns) and clarifications to municipal court procedures and jurisdiction.

Effective July 1, 2014.
