Requires vehicle headlights to be operated from sunset to sunrise and whenever precipitation necessitates the use of windshield wipers.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when headlights are required.

First-time violators receive a warning with no fine imposed.

Subsequent violators face a fine of up to $25.00, with state assessments under Section 99-19-73 not imposed for this violation.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
