Creates the "Mississippi Physician Order for Sustaining Treatment (POST) Act" establishing a standardized form for physicians to document patient preferences for medical treatment including CPR, sustaining treatment, antibiotics, and nutrition/hydration options.

Requires the State Board of Medical Licensure to develop a standardized POST form in consultation with medical associations, hospice organizations, disability rights groups, and other stakeholders, with specific sections for treatment directives and patient preferences.

Permits execution of POST orders by the patient (if an adult with capacity), or by an authorized agent, guardian, or surrogate for minors or incapacitated adults, and allows for periodic review and revocation of the form.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for physicians and health care providers acting in good faith according to valid POST orders, while establishing penalties of $500 minimum for intentional violations and $2,500 minimum for falsification, forgery, or coercion related to POST orders.

Takes effect July 1, 2014, and authorizes courts to issue injunctions and other equitable relief regarding POST orders and related health care decisions.
