Increases the maximum total recovery for workers' compensation claims from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of benefits (excluding medical payments and permanent total disability)

Removes the cap on permanent total disability compensation, allowing payments to continue until the employee's death rather than being limited to 450 weeks

Extends the maximum duration for temporary partial disability and permanent partial disability (other cases) from 450 weeks to 520 weeks

Increases the maximum death benefit payment period from 450 weeks to 520 weeks for surviving dependents

Compensation rate remains at 66⅔% of the employee's average weekly wages, subject to state maximum and minimum weekly benefit limits
