Moves State Senator and State Representative candidates from the $15 fee category to the $100 fee category for party nomination filing fees.

Effective July 1, 2014, candidates for State Senator or State Representative must pay $100 instead of $15 when entering the race for party nomination.

Makes conforming amendments to Section 23-15-299 to reflect that legislative office candidates now pay the higher $100 fee to the Secretary of the State Executive Committee rather than the lower $15 fee to the circuit clerk.

Removes the temporary 2011 redistricting provision related to legislative office qualifying deadlines that was set to expire in 2012.
