Repeals Section 73-3-403 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which was scheduled to repeal multiple sections of law on December 31, 2015.

Preserves the statutory provisions creating The Mississippi Bar and the State Board of Bar Commissioners (Sections 73-3-101 through 73-3-145, 73-3-171, and 73-3-301 through 73-3-373).

Prevents the automatic sunset and termination of the Board of Bar Commissioners and its regulatory authority over Mississippi attorneys.

Becomes effective upon passage.
