Amends Section 35-7-7 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Veterans' Home Purchase Board to designate one employee to sign Deeds of Conveyance and closing documents during the director's absence or unavailability.

Designated employee authorization requires a majority vote of board members, with the decision officially recorded in meeting minutes.

Allows home purchase closings and settlements to proceed without delay when the director is absent or unavailable.

Takes effect upon passage.
