Amends Section 57-10-401 of the Mississippi Code to expand the definition of "economic development project" under the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation bond program.

Includes projects involving related approved companies that merge or consolidate where both companies engage in vertically integrated manufacturing or warehouse operations, effective January 1, 2014.

Applies to two separate versions of the statute: one for projects financed before July 1, 1994, and one for projects financed after that date.

Allows the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation to issue bonds to finance the approved costs of these newly-included merger or consolidation projects to induce business location or expansion in Mississippi.
