Amends Section 97-15-27 of the Mississippi Code to increase penalties for hunting or engaging in target practice on levee structures erected by boards of levee commissioners.

Applies to the entire landside right-of-way or riverside right-of-way of levee structures within 200 feet from the toe of the levee.

Changes penalty from a misdemeanor with fines of $100-$500 to punishment under Section 49-7-141(1) for Class I violations of game and fish laws.

Effective July 1, 2014.
