Establishes the "Prohibition Against Employer Intimidation Act" to protect businesses from intimidation, coercion, and damage by persons, organizations, unions, or other entities seeking to obtain neutrality agreements, card check agreements, or collective bargaining recognition.

Prohibits damaging, harming, threatening, or coercing businesses and their employees with intent to unlawfully intimidate them from exercising state and federally protected rights.

Prohibits conspiracies to disrupt lawful commerce in places of business where such activity constitutes assault or causes physical injury to individuals.

Prohibits intentional or reckless damage to business property used in the owner's profession, business, trade, or occupation, and subjects organizers, coordinators, supervisors, and financiers to the same penalties as those committing the damage.

Provides civil action remedies allowing prevailing plaintiffs to recover damages for conspiracies constituting assault or causing physical injury; takes effect July 1, 2014.
