Decreases concealed weapons license fee from $100 to $75 for initial applications.

Decreases renewal fee from $50 to $40, and reduces senior renewal fee (age 65+) from $25 to $20.

Exempts active duty members of the Armed Forces of the United States from payment of the concealed weapons license fee, joining honorably retired law enforcement officers in this exemption.

Effective July 1, 2014.
