Creates the Mississippi Gulf Coast Advanced Technology Corridor encompassing Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson Counties to grow, retain, and attract high-technology enterprises along Interstate Highway 10.

Establishes a Board of Directors composed of representatives from county health care industries, the Jackson County Economic Development Foundation, Gulf Coast Business Council, ports, University of Southern Mississippi, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport.

Grants the board authority to receive funding and contributions from public and private sources, provide technical assistance to high-technology enterprises, enter into agreements with government agencies, and manage investments of available funds.

Authorizes the board to hire an executive director, elect a president and vice president from membership, and establish criteria defining "high-technology enterprise" to guide development efforts.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
