Department of Finance and Administration authorized to donate multiple tracts of real property controlled by Mississippi Department of Archives and History to U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Vicksburg National Military Park.

Eight tracts of property located in Hinds County being transferred, including Coker House (5.00 acres), C&W tracts (242.6, 77.1, and 137.4 acres), Cosner tract, Gaddis tract, and two Robbins tracts.

Four tracts of property located in Claiborne County being transferred, including Shaifer House tract (3.0 acres), adjoining Shaifer House tract (8.32 acres), Shaifer House parking lot (0.52 acres), and Old Magnolia Church lot (1.87 acres).

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights in the donated property.

Act takes effect upon passage.
