Brings forward Sections 43-13-107, 43-13-117, 43-13-119, 43-13-121, 43-13-125, and 43-13-145 of the Mississippi Code relating to Medicaid administration, authorized services, and facility assessments without substantive changes.

Extends the repeal date of Medicaid service provisions from July 1, 2014 to an unspecified future date by bringing these sections forward in the bill.

Transfers administration of the Mississippi Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) from the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board to the Division of Medicaid effective January 1, 2013.

Establishes oversight committees including a Medical Care Advisory Committee, Drug Use Review Board, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee to review Medicaid program policies and drug coverage decisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
