Eliminates the licensed timberland real estate appraiser classification, leaving only two license classes: certified residential real estate appraiser and certified general real estate appraiser

Adds a new $175 application-only fee (separate from the $225 application and examination fee) and maintains the $325 initial/renewal license fee

Authorizes the board to increase appraisal management company registration and renewal fees from $1,000 to $1,500 beginning July 1, 2015, if necessary for regulation and enforcement

Allows the board to charge additional service fees deemed appropriate to carry out its purpose, not to exceed the cost of rendering the service

Revises nonresident licensee requirements to allow legal actions to be commenced in Mississippi courts with service of process through the Secretary of State or Mississippi Real Estate Commission Administrator
