East Tallahatchie School District authorized to transfer real property located north and west of the former Charleston Elementary School Gymnasium to the City of Charleston for civic, educational, and recreational activities.

State retains all mineral rights in transferred properties; Department of Finance and Administration authorized to correct any discrepancies in legal descriptions.
