Creates the Mississippi Poultry Industry Sustainability Act to establish minimum workplace guidelines and fundamental rights for poultry workers in slaughtering, butchering, meat processing, and related operations.

Requires poultry employers to provide adequate restroom access, meal breaks of at least 30 minutes unpaid time, and 15 minutes of paid rest time per shift, plus short breaks for repetitive motion relief.

Mandates establishment of management/employee health and safety committees with at least three employee representatives to review safety practices, line speed issues, and investigate employee complaints without fear of retaliation.

Requires poultry employers to provide new employee orientation and training on workers' compensation claims, physician pre-designation forms, and employee rights; injured employees must receive copies of their claim forms and insurance carrier contact information.

Directs the Workers Compensation Commission to establish a data collection plan for worker injury and illness data in Mississippi's poultry processing industry; effective July 1, 2014.
