Prohibits any person convicted of any felony in Mississippi or any other state from serving on municipal, county, or state executive committees.

Prohibits any person convicted of any state or federal election crime from serving on municipal, county, or state executive committees.

Expands existing prohibitions on executive committee service to include convictions under the Mississippi Election Code and federal election law.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties for violations, including removal from the committee.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
