Amends Mississippi Code Section 83-11-101 to require insurers to inform named insureds of the benefits and reasons for purchasing uninsured motorist coverage on a Department of Insurance-approved form.

Rejection of uninsured motorist coverage signed by or on behalf of the named insured becomes binding on all persons covered by the automobile liability insurance policy.

Establishes that a signed rejection form creates a presumption of an informed, knowing rejection and waiver of uninsured motorist coverage for all insureds under the policy.

Applies to automobile liability insurance policies issued or renewed after July 1, 2014.
