Amends Mississippi's Schedule I controlled substances law to exclude certain cannabis extracts from regulation under the state's controlled substances act.

Exempts processed cannabis plant extract, oil, or resin containing more than 15% cannabidiol (CBD) or at least 50 milligrams of CBD per milliliter, with no more than 0.5% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

The exempted CBD products must not contain any other matter beyond the specified cannabidiol and THC limits.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
