Creates the "Mississippi Employment Fairness Act" to regulate labor peace agreements and collective bargaining provisions in Mississippi.

Declares that the state retains exclusive authority to require employers or multiemployer associations to accept labor peace agreements or mandatory/nonmandatory subjects of collective bargaining under federal labor laws.

Voids any agreement between an employer and labor organization that violates the act's provisions regarding labor peace agreements and collective bargaining restrictions.

Allows employers or employees to seek injunctive relief in Hinds County Chancery Court for violations of the act's provisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2014 and preserves the state's authority to require project labor agreements while maintaining consistency with the National Labor Relations Act.
