• Appropriates $346,063,329.00 from the State General Fund and $23,974,023.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Corrections for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

• Allocates funds across seven departmental functions: Support ($166,335,953), Farming Operations ($2,986,010), Parole Board ($750,194), Private Prisons ($70,742,866), Medical Services ($67,130,047), Regional Facilities ($46,336,749), and Local Confinement ($15,755,533).
