Appropriates $46,228,961 from the State General Fund for the Mississippi Department of Revenue operations, including the Homestead Exemption Division, Motor Vehicle Comptroller, Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, and Bureau of Telecommunications for fiscal year 2015.

Appropriates $20,225,736 from special funds available to the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2015 operations.

Authorizes 848 permanent full-time positions and 1 permanent part-time position for the Department of Revenue.

Appropriates $84,454,641 to reimburse counties, road districts, school districts, and municipal separate school districts for tax losses from homestead property exemptions under state law.

Appropriates $2,739,400 from the License Tag Acquisition Fund for purchasing motor vehicle license tags and $1,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund for repairs and renovation of the Alcohol Beverage Control Warehouse.
