Appropriates $10,206,550.00 to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015) from special funds in the State Treasury.

Authorizes 129 permanent full-time positions for the Commission with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Provides $1,000.00 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received raises since July 1, 2010.

Transfers $100,000.00 to the Mississippi Council on Compulsive Gambling, a nonprofit organization.

Authorizes the Gaming Commission to escalate and expend up to $150,000.00 from proceeds arising from seizures of illegal gaming activities.
