Appropriates $746,106.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 6 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010.

Restricts future salary increases to no more than 5% for employees without raises since July 1, 2010, with specified exemptions for teachers, trainees, professional certifications, and health care professionals.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
